Xbox is introducing several user interface (UI) enhancements aimed at providing a more personalized and streamlined experience for players. These updates are currently available to Xbox Insiders in the Alpha and Alpha Skip-Ahead rings and are expected to roll out to all users in the coming months.
Key UI Improvements
- Pin Favorite Games and Apps: Users can now pin up to three favorite or recently played games and apps directly to the Home screen, ensuring quick and easy access regardless of recent activity.
- Hide System Apps: To reduce clutter, there’s an option to hide system apps, allowing users to focus more on games and entertainment content.
- Adjust Tile Visibility: An upcoming feature will enable users to limit the number of visible tiles on the Home screen, addressing feedback about screen congestion.
- Tile Resizing: Users will have the ability to resize tiles, offering a more tailored and organized Home screen layout. The Verge
